Description For Your Bidding Consideration: A 1950's "Rare" HANSON BABY WEIGHING SCALE! Known as Model Number: 3025. Fresh out of a vintage estate from the suburbs of Chicago. The estate dated to more than 60 years. This vintage treasure is "Blueish ~ Green" in color! Manufactered in the City of Chicago, Illinois prior to the company moving to a suburb in Chicago, known as Northbrook, Illinois. Has the capacity of weighing up to 30 pounds by the ounce. The top weighing tray measures approximately 19 3/4 inches in length by 11 inches in width. The top weighing tray is concave. Has a very pretty decal topside, the decal depicts two tiny bunny rabbits and a fawn. The larger bunny rabbit is offering the fawn, what appears to be an apple! Very cute decal! The top weighing tray is removeable by unscrewing two user friendly thumb screws bottomside. Has an adjustable thumb screw topside of the scale to zero out the dial indicator. The glass face of the dial is mint! No cracks or chips. The pretty stork holding a baby is highly visible in the middle of the face dial. There are cute pictures around the dial as well! This is an absolute vintage treasure! The total unit weighs in at 7 pounds. This treasure is higly collectible! Or can be utilized in a Nursery! Perfect for a Physician's Office! What a conversational piece! There are a few scratches topside on the weighing tray. Certainly doesn't take away the Character appearance of this antique.
