The crib and changing table/dresser are extremely sturdy and safe peices! If you know Bellini then you know what I am talking about! The crib has a spacious drawer underneath for extra storage. This is a gorgeous natural or honey color wood, so it is great for a boy or a girl! This would also be a tremdous holiday or shower gift for the new mom (couple!).The changing table converts to a three drawer dresser with shelves, so when your child outgrows the changing table function, you can convert to an armoire type dresser - so versatile! Just slide the changing table under, and it becomes a dresser or armoire. The drawers are generous for lots of clothes and additional baby items. There is no discoloration as the darker areas in the pics on the drawers are from a reflection of a mirror. If you like, I could also include the mattress, white fitted sheet, the crib skirt, and the changing pad for the changing table, plus THREE covers that I had custom made!!!
