It has pink satin ruffle trim and is all satin on the bottom. The bunny has a rattle inside to keep baby entertained for hours. It is embroiderd on the bottom corner w/the words "sweet baby" along w/ pink rosettes and bow. Sooo soft and cuddly for your little one and measures approximately 18 1/2" X 18 1/2" when laid flat. So perfect for a baby girl. This blanket has never been very lightly used.
