Chicco Trio for MeTrio for me is a travel system that follows baby's growth from birth up to 3 years of age. It has 4 different configurations develping naturally and gradually with baby. First of all it becomes a comfortable stylish pram. It has an award winning Group 0+ car seat, the Auto-Fix Plus, which can be fitted to the stroller chassis. Then it is a stroller with a reversible seat unit that can be used rear or forward facing with 4 recline positions.Four configurations for looking after your child with all the care that only mums are capable of.Accessories include matching leg cover, mummy bag with travel change mat and raincover. TERMS & CONDITIONS. These are the terms & conditions of our agreement and apply to all purchases of products by you from Poppets via our web site or Ebay shop and you should read them carefully. These terms may vary from time to time and you should check them before making new purchases. 2. ORDER. You can submit an order for products to Poppets by completing the details on our order summary page and clicking the send order button. All prices are reflected in £UK pounds sterling unless Euros or US Dollars has been specified. All prices include V.A.T providing the delivery location is within the U.K. If ordering from overseas you may buy VAT exempt, please contact us directly for this service. You may also order via our mail order service by calling 05600 752587. 3. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER. We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by email. At this point a binding agreement between us will be established. If we do not accept your order for any reason or the price of the product has increased between the time of order and our acceptance (or if a supplementary delivery charge applies) we will e-mail you to advise of the change. You will then have to resubmit your order. Only credit and debit cards are accepted as payment via this site. 4. DELIVERY. Free UK delivery within five working days on all UK orders over £50. Orders under £50 will be subject to a handling/shipping charge of £5.00 (subject to stock availability). One of our sales advisors will contact you by email to advise you when your goods will arrive. Please contact us by phone or email for a quote for overseas shipping for an accurate quote to the delivery destination. Products purchased through Ebay may not be free delivery but will incurr a charge as stated in the auction.Selected items may take longer to deliver but will be clearly marked on the product information page prior to ordering. If in the unlikely event a normal stock item becomes unavailable and we are not able to deliver within the usual 5 working days we will contact you via email indicating an estimated delivery date and asking you whether you would like to continue with the order or cancel. For furniture, selected changers and cot beds we use an outside transport company and goods may be delivered palletised. For such deliveries please have help at hand at the delivery address as the driver may need assistance. As the driver is not employed by Poppets, although he will deliver your goods into your home, he may not deliver orders into a specified room. Delivery prices quoted are for UK mainland delivery only. For deliveries overseas or offshore to Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Eire, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Isle of Wight please call or email for details. If purchasing from the Channel Islands or overseas you may also buy V.A.T exempt. You will have to call our store for this service. Goods will be delivered using our 48 hour Parcelforce courier service between 9.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday and will need to be signed for upon receipt.If your goods do not arrive within five working days, e-mail or telephone us and we will contact the carrier. All parcels we send are insured at no extra cost. Would customers that have ordered furniture please note that the carrier asks if you could have someone to help the driver, as for insurance reasons they cannot guarantee that the driver will take the goods into the house. 5. DELIVERY LEAD TIMES. Certain items will take longer to deliver; furniture roomsets which require assembly will have a 4 to 6 week lead time. Some Mutsy products have a 4 week lead time. Bugaboo although normally a stock item if in the unlikely event we are out of stock has a 4 week lead time. 6. SECURE PAYMENT. We will charge your account for payment at the time your order is placed with the exceptionof Boori furniture where you are just charged the deposit with the remainder being payable to Boori prior to delivery. The purchase area of our site is secure, this means that we use industry standard SSL technology to allow for the encryption of all sensitive information such as your name, address and especially your credit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event it is intercepted by someone else. 7. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW. You have the right to withdraw from this agreement but this right ends seven days after the date we deliver the products to you. If you wish to withdraw or cancel an order this needs to be done in writing via email to shop@poppets.ltd.uk. Any amounts you have been charged will be repaid to you by way of credit to your account within thirty days, this will be less the initial delivery cost we incurred delivering the product to you. We may have already delivered or dispatched the products you have ordered. In this circumstance, you may return the products to us at your own expense, which will be arranged by one our advisors. Goods may also be returned to our store if previously arranged. Any products returned must be received by us in the same condition and packaging as we delivered them to you. To avoid this, we recommend that you advise us as soon as possible if you wish to exercise this right to withdraw. If you wish to withdraw please email shop@poppets.ltd.uk. They may be ex display as we use Ebay to clear ex display stock, however the items are often brand new in the box clearance stock as advertised in the store. There is a carriage charge for Ebay items and this is clearly stated in the Ebay auction. We also accept Paypal payment for Ebay sales. Cleared funds must be received before goods are despatched. We reserve the right with ebay items to sell them via our website and our showoom. Occasionally whilst a product is on Auction or Buy It Now on Ebay it may sell elsewhere in our showroom or on our website and therefore the delivery may be delayed whilst we re order. 9. WARRANTIES. The products which are sold via this web site have been and manufactured to comply with statutory legal requirements and relevant safety standards of the United Kingdom. All our new products are covered by a manufacturers warranty for 6 months for defects in manufacturing and or materials. Some products have a longer warranty period such as Bugaboo which has a 2 year warranty. We will either send replacement parts to you or uplift your faulty products, repair and return your product. If we are unable to repair, a replacement will be offered. If we are unable to replace we will refund your money, provided the instructions governing the use of the products have been followed and there has been no misuse. Any items being returned for refund must be returned complete including all accessories. If accidental damage occurs that is not a manufacturing fault or the guarantee has expired a repair may be possible which will be chargeable. Likewise the cost of transporting and returning your product will be chargeable too. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
