Brand new to my set of patterns!  This blanket is lovely in double crochet panels.  I used the softest yarn I can find because I love that as much as you do.  This blanket differs from the other one in my auctions in that I'll add satin ribbon to the edges, and tiny satin bows with a tiny bead in the center to each corner (not pictured).  It makes it much more fancy and pretty.  Nice and airy for summer, but it still provides enough warmth to be snuggly.  Great for a christening or blessing, or a baby shower gift.  This is also great as a lap blanket!
