Bloomers My baby bloomer/diaper covers are double seat panties made with a soft elastic waist and have a bias cut seat.  They are made of 65% polyester & 35% cotton and are machine washable.  The legs have white eyelet lace and are accented with coordinating ribbon.  You may choose from a variety of different fonts and colors.  Ribbon may vary, but if you love the one in the picture, just let me know!
