Once your order arrives in your area, you will be telephoned by a representative from the white glove carrier to arrange a 4 hour window for delivery. Unlike common carriers, a white glove delivery team consists of at least two people so you will not be burdened with helping the driver carrier your order from the back of the truck to your home. The white glove team will handle this for you as well as provide addition services as they are described below. There are 4 different levels of service that we offer with products that use white glove freight: White Glove Bronze, White Glove Silver, White Glove Gold and White Glove Platinum. For some products we provide a higher level of base service included in the product price because we know that due to the size and weight it will ensure that your product arrives in good shape.
