I can do 6 letters comfortably - I can add more, they will just be smaller in size. Fewer letters will be larger in size.I have used white chenille for the front and a stripe fabric by Michael Miller for the initial and for the back of the pillow. The back of the pillow opens so that you can wash. The pillow insert is included in this listing.
