Colic - Apply cream in a clockwise circular massaging motion to baby's abdomen, continuing massage while baby is in discomfort. The clockwise motion helps baby's digestive system to release cramping (same motion for stomach cramping in mother). Alternatively, if colic pain seems severe, lay baby on back , massage cream into abdomen and gentle lift  baby's legs to chest, bent at knee, then straighten legs out so baby lays flat, and repeat this motion. This movement provides added relief to the cramping sensation of colic.
