I beleive this could be easily repaired by a talented Mom or Grandma. the beautiful unique skirt is worth saving.  the cover at the bottom ( mattress size) is 13x29 inches.  it is 12 inches up the sides. and the skirt length is 28 inches. if you are looking for a perfect Vintage skirt, please do not bid on this one. please ask questions.
