These guards are all new most of which still have the installation screws still in the bags. I have had these sitting on a shelf in my garage for nearly six years now. They do have some signs of shelf ware, as some of the paint is peeling, and some minor surface rust in places. With all that said, these are heavy duty steel guards, a must for anyone with low windows and children. These are adjustable for windows from 23" wide to 42" wide.
