Returns Policy Items Faulty On ArrivalIn the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty on arrival please contact us immediately (within 7 days) for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and correct return address (some items must be returned directly to our supplier for a replacement). A replacement or refund for the value of the item less initial P&P costs (£2.39 for UK Buyers) will be given only if the item is returned in its original undamaged packaging with all instructions and documentation within 7 days of the receipt date. After this time a refund will not be possible and a replacement only will be issued. We test all returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty you will be liable for the return postage before the item is returned to you. Items Damaged In TransitFor any item that is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with delivery details such as date/time of delivery, and provide us with photographic evidence of the damaged caused. On receipt of this information we will issue a replacement (we cannot issue a refund in this situation.) and lodge a compensation claim against the Royal Mail who will subsequently contact you by letter to confirm that the damage.
