Fees Canadian residents need to add GST to auction total including shipping. BC residents need to add additional PST to auction total only. Shipping Items located in Canada will be shipped to US and Canada and other countries only if approved by seller prior to buying. Items located in US will be shipped to US unless previous contact have been made prior to bidding. For package coming from Canada, it will be shipped via Canadapost OR Fedex International Ground depending on the size and weight of the package. For packages coming from US, I ship UPS ground (will be stated in the auction) or USPS Priority. Most of my auction have stated the shipping charges. If there is no shipping cost, buyer needs to email zip code to find out the shipping. Delivery I usually ship within 24 hours for packages sent from Canada, not including weekends. Packages sent from US will vary from 1 to 3 days depending on the day payment is received. Refunds & Returns Return will be accepted within 3 days after receipt of purchase. Buyer needs to contact within 48 hours to let me know about returning and responsible to ship back the item within 72 hours. Refund will be issued minus shipping cost and buyer is responsible for return shipping. Item returned has to be in original unopened condition. Package lost or damaged during transit will be reimbursed through Post Office ONLY if Insurance is purchased. When insurance is purchased, buyer needs to wait for claim money to be received before refund can be issued. Claim money is issued by PO to me and that is when I can issue the refund.
