It is well-made from China.  Feature:  For 12 -36 months It has a big front bib can give a better support to the child.  It is made of 100% cotton fabrics, padded with polyester.  The straps are made from nylon.  The shoulder strap is 13.5 inches long, adjustable by plastic sliders. The waist length can be adjusted from 13 inches to 32 inches.  The waist straps are connected together with a center buckle. So you can use it to attach your child on the high chair or shopping cart.  The leash is 36.5 inches long from end to end.  BOTH ENDS ARE DETACHABLE. so you can give the child freedom when not in use.
