The Outstanding Features of 123 Baby/Toddler Harness:  It is made of 100% cotton of corduroy fabrics, padded with polyester.  The straps are made from nylon.  It is supper soft. 123 Baby/Toddler safety walking harness has a big front bib which give a great support and soft touch to the babies. The shoulder strap is 15 inches long, adjustable, adjustable by plastic slider. The waist length can be adjusted from 18 inches to 32 inches.  The waist straps are connected together with shoulder straps through the Velcro buckle.
