Returns If you wish to return a portion of your order, or even the entire order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the product to set up an authorized return. Only uncut, unopened products, in their original factory packaging, are returnable. In this situation, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your purchase price and a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Shipping charges and restocking fees for returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Exchanges We accept exchanges of eligible unopened products returned within 30 days of receipt. In order to qualify for an exchange you must email us with the item(s) you would like to exchange for so that we can immediately put the item(s) on hold.
