All items are shipped USPS First Class Mail (under 13 ounces) or Priority Mail (13+ ounces) within 7 business days after payment has been received. For pending transactions, 7 business days does not begin until payment actually clears.  You will receive an email with a tracking number in it when I print your shipping label.  The seller is not responsible for any packages lost in the mail; therefore, no refunds will be granted or replacement items shipped unless you purchase insurance (optional).  It is always a good idea to purchase insurance, but is not required.  I am always happy to combine shipping for multiple winnings within a 7 day period.
