It is in good condition. The seat can be configured at two positions to give it different heights as your child grows. The tray detaches if you wish to just use it as a seat. This picture shows the seat at the higher level. Tis picture shows the seat at the lower level. The arms open up to remove the seat for repositioning. The arms open by pushing the yellow buttons when the seat is installed. The strap that anchors the booster seat to a regular chair is missing.  We used a belt. We try to describe our items as accurately as possible, including flaws and deficiencies that they may possess. All our items are sold in "as is" condition.
