I believe that the carriage is from the late 40's or early 50's, and is in remarkably good condition for its age with only a few dings and scrapes that characteristically comes with age and use, which can be seen in the pictures. I still see them being used in NYC. Please understand that I really do not have the time to do that. It is not a typical "folding" carriage. I wouldn't even know where to find a box big enough, even after it's broken down. Also, many people have been asking me about the condition of the carriage. Please understand that it is not "mint" and has not been described as such. It is , however, in very, very good condition considering it is about 50+ years old. It does have its dents and dings, but that is to be expected and adds to the character and charm of the carriage. I pushed my kids around in this thing, and have been stopped every 200 ft. or so asking about the carriage, not the kids!!!! The listing is turning into a novel!
