There is no maker's name, but I am sure that RRH collectors know what it is. Condition.  There is crazing on this bowl.  Please check the final photo and you will see a tiny 1" surface hairline next to the "K".  It extends into the inner rim, but it is not visible on the outside rim or the flat surface of the bowl. I don't consider it to be a serious matter because it blends very well with the crazing.
